Deposits — Instant on Almost Everything

Velobet does not charge deposit fees on its side. Cryptocurrency deposits incur the standard blockchain network fee, which depends on the coin and current network conditions. Cards and e-wallets are free.

The minimum deposit is €10 on every method except bank transfer (€20). Maximum amounts are not publicly disclosed and vary by method, account verification status, and player history.

Withdrawals — Crypto and E-wallets First

The withdrawal shortlist is tighter than deposits — voucher methods (Neosurf, Paysafecard) and mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) are deposit-only and cannot be used to cash out. If you deposited via one of those, your withdrawal will be routed to an alternative method on file.

Withdrawal matrix

Speed reality check. The "0–24 hours" window for crypto and e-wallets is the operator-side processing time — the gap between Velobet approving the withdrawal and it leaving Velobet's wallet. Blockchain confirmation adds another 10 minutes (USDT, XRP) to a few hours (BTC). Card withdrawals add the issuing-bank settlement window on top of Velobet's 1–3 working days, which can mean another 1–3 days before the funds appear on your statement.

Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts are subject to two caps that apply across all withdrawal methods combined:

• Weekly limit: €7,500
• Monthly limit: €15,000

These caps reset on a rolling 7-day and 30-day basis, not by calendar week or calendar month. VIP players may receive higher limits on a case-by-case basis (see VIP). Single-transaction caps within the weekly/monthly limit are not publicly disclosed.

For very large withdrawals — say a €40,000 payout from a high-volatility hit — the cap means you'll be drawing your balance down across 3 weeks (€7,500 + €7,500 + €7,500 = €22,500 inside the monthly cap, the rest in the following month). Plan accordingly.

KYC Verification

KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal — not at signup, not at first deposit. You can play and deposit without it; you cannot cash out without it.

Documents required:

1. Photo ID — passport, national ID card, or driving licence (clear photo of both sides if applicable)
2. Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months, showing your full name and registered address
3. Proof of payment method — for cards, a photo showing the first six and last four digits and your name (cover the middle digits and CVV); for e-wallets, a screenshot of your wallet account showing your name; for crypto, no proof needed beyond a successful test deposit

Pro tip: Submit all three documents during your first session, even before you've won anything. Verification typically completes within 24–48 hours; doing it upfront removes the friction from your first cashout. The minimum wager before withdrawal is 1x your deposit, so you cannot deposit and immediately withdraw without playing first.
